About Glendale

Glendale is a city that is rich in history, culturally diverse and offers many distinct areas for many lifestyles.  Downtown Glendale is a proper City and one of the largest in the state.  Not only is the commercial component strong, but new and old destinations are fabulous to enjoy.  Caruso's Americana and the historic Alex Theatre, both on Brand Boulevard, are two top choices for fun. Character homes with rich history and easy access to Downtown LA, make Glendale a desirable escape for urban professionals.  Glendale's award winning schools are another draw to live here.  Franklin Elementary and Verdugo Elementary offer foreign language immersion programs.  Also, did you know Glendale's historical Forest Lawn is where Walt Disney's ashes remain?  Contrary to popular belief, he was NOT cryogenically frozen!
